- Number in denominator who received at least one Pneumococcal immunization in their lifetime

Colorectal Cancer Screening

- Adults >= 51 and <= 80 (or 75)

- Number in denominator that received Fecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT) within one year of the denominator-specified date
- Number in denominator that received Flexible Sigmoidoscopy within five years of the denominator-specified date
- Number in denominator that received Contrast Barium Enema within five years of the denominator-specified date (optional)
- Number in denominator that received Colonoscopy within ten years of the denominator-specified date
