Delmarva recruits physician practices to participate in a national project to increase screening rates for breast cancer and colorectal cancer, and increase immunization rates for influenza and pneumococcal pneumonia vaccines. Delmarva works to improve the quality and frequency of preventive health care services in order to optimize District of Columbia Medicare beneficiaries’ quality of life.
