The maximum size of the Board will not exceed 7 members. The term of office of each Director shall be no longer than three (3) years; said Directors shall serve staggered terms. A Director may serve a maximum of two (2) three (3) year terms, for a total of six (6) years. Typically one third of the Board is appointed each year. The Board of Directors meet quarterly. Compensation is $450.00 per meeting.
